About us

About the role

As a Personal Assistant to one of our Senior Leaders in Germany, you will play a crucial role in enabling their daily effectiveness. You’ll be responsible for expertly managing complex diaries that span various time zones, as well as organising international travel, logistics, and related documentation. Your duties will include coordinating visas, flights, accommodation, and transfers; preparing detailed travel packs and itineraries; and ensuring every journey runs smoothly.

The role also requires active management of correspondence, including prioritising, drafting, and responding to emails and letters. You will prepare, format, and collate documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), supporting your leader in all aspects of administration.

You’ll also contribute to project-based work—conducting research, helping prepare for meetings, taking minutes, and overseeing the creation and organisation of crucial documentation. Daily, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and interact with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across the board. Alongside general administration, you’ll provide additional ad hoc support wherever needed in this fast-paced, rewarding environment.
