Job Description Summary

The People Services Portfolio Specialist is the primary contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries of moderate complexity, providing timely and accurate support to employees and managers across regions. This role ensures smooth delivery of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including invoicing, and requires strong knowledge of HR policies, systems, and platforms.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR queries of moderate complexity, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Support employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, payroll, compensation, benefits, compliance) in Workday and related HR systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy, retention, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, COEs, and team members to drive process improvements, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to reporting, documentation, and system enhancements while upholding KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction standards.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field, with at least 18 months of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday), case management tools, and MS Office, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
