ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the People & Culture team at Trustly, you will play a pivotal role in driving the People and Culture strategy across our EU operations. You’ll work closely with managers and teams to provide HR expertise, guide employee-related matters, and champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. This role will involve both day-to-day HR activities, such as assisting with onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating performance reviews. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can influence positive change.
The position is based in our Lisbon office.
