People Ops - Recruiting Coordinator

We’re growing quickly and looking for a People Operations Recruiting Coordinator who’s passionate about building great teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn the full recruiting process and grow into a full-cycle recruiter role in the near future.

You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless, positive experience for every candidate — managing communication, coordinating interviews, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates across multiple teams
  • Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining and organizing data in our Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
  • Supporting the recruiting team with sourcing, posting jobs, and tracking candidate progress
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiting Coordination team, broader HR team).
  • Assisting with onboarding logistics and other People Operations initiatives as necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Acting as a culture ambassador – helping us continually improve how we attract, welcome, and support our growing team

What You Bring to the Table

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or People Operations
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3-4 days at our office in Plano, TX)
  • Excellent communication skills – professional, warm, and clear in every interaction
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - you thrive when juggling multiple priorities and moving pieces
  • A proactive mindset – you notice what needs to get done & jump in to help
  • Excitement to grow into a recruiter role in the future
  • A passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement
  • Excitement about working in a growing company where you can build processes, suggest improvements, and have a real impact
  • Comfortable with tools like an ATS (we use Greenhouse), Microsoft Office, HubSpot, etc.

The salary range for this position considers multiple factors influencing compensation decisions, such as skillset, previous experience, certifications, and various business & organizational requirements. Being hired at or near the top of the range for this role is uncommon, as compensation determinations rely on individual circumstances. Currently, the base salary range is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000.
