In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR related matters and support the organization regarding HR policies, processes, and standards.

People Operations

  • HR Analyst for Workday system and manage the data input in the system.

  • Performing HR processes and documents preparation, including hiring, termination of service, and other HR operations task as and when required.

  • Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, as and when required.

  • Communicating with employees where necessary and helping with trouble shooting and any business needs

  • Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports.

  • Support to drive any Process Improvement activities related to HR Process and system for efficient HR Management

  • Lead or Support on Assignment or Projects as assigned

  • Support People Partner, TA as and when required

  • Performs other HR Operational related duties as assigned.

Payroll Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the activities related to the processing of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees on-time payout per Payroll schedule & calendar of activities and according to Country legislation for the allocated countries.

  • Responsible for payroll reporting & analysis, including related audit, other reports requested by relevant stakeholder or parties.

  • Responsible for taxation related matter with Payroll Vendor on behalf of Company and Employees

  • Monitor and manage the performance and relationship with the external payroll vendor and internal customer to ensure timely delivery

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for payroll activities including documenting all work practices, aligning and streamlining work processes to improve operation efficiency.

  • Responsible to generate any payroll-related reports upon request & need to ensure data confidentiality before releasing any information

  • Work closely with the internal customers in the resolution of payroll operational issues to ensure alignment to processes

  • Participate in the project related to payroll process & activities.

This role will be based in Busan, South Korea and will report into the Senior People Operations Manager, South & East Asia and Middle East.

You should also have the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant, related field

  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources generalist role, or payroll and benefits directly.

  • Good written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Mature, hands-on, meticulous, analytical and independent.

  • Dynamic, full of initiatives and drive, planning on priorities and able to meet timeline for day-day maters and special projects,

  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.

  • Highly organized and strong planning on priorities.

  • Comfortable in working in an ambiguous environment and able to deal with multi-dimensional work across borders.
