<title>About the role</title>

The People Operations Specialist manages employee and data transactions across the employee lifecycle, including new hires, transfers, promotions, contract extensions, compensation changes, and terminations.
They are responsible for drafting all necessary supporting documents, maintaining accurate job, position, and organisational data, and ensuring compliance with Bolt policies and local regulations. The role also focuses on maintaining high standards of data quality, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Process day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions (hires, data changes, movements, terminations, compensation updates, job/position changes, organisational details) accurately and within SLAs.</point>
- <point>Generate and manage all supporting documents (contracts, promotion/transfer letters, compensation changes, probation confirmations, employment/visa/reference letters).</point>
- <point>Maintain up-to-date, compliant digital employee files and ensure proper access in line with privacy guidelines.</point>
- <point>Support the new hire process, including vendor-led reference and criminal checks and collection of required onboarding documentation.</point>
- <point>Identify gaps and improvements in templates, knowledge articles, and employee lifecycle processes; work with People Tech on automation opportunities.</point>
- <point>Provide ad-hoc data support and collaborate with People Advisors and regional People teams when required.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR/People Operations ideally across multiple countries.</point>
- <point>Understanding of employee lifecycle processes.</point>
- <point>Proficient in HRIS tools, G-Sheets/Excel, and other relevant software (Workday HCM preferred)</point>
- <point>Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and collaboration skills.</point>
- <point>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</point>
