The purpose of this role is to manage and support employee programs within the organisation, ensuring smooth administration and processing of transactions and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of HR legislation and update the employee handbook and HR policies & Risk Deck
- Provide interpretation and advice to the business regarding policies, process and procedures
- Payroll administration for timely and accurate payroll including income tax filing
- Apply government grants for maternity leave and national service
- Submission of Ministry of Manpower and Regulator manpower surveys
- Risk Champion for risk related issues impacting HR
- Apply, renew and cancel work pass and dependent pass
- Coordinate international mobility transfers
- Respond to audit questions during auditing process
- Coordinate with medical and insurer providers for remarketing exercise for staff medical benefits
- Participate in the yearly salary surveys
- Contribute to budgeting exercise
- Coordinate with training and wellbeing providers for wellbeing and training events
- Renewal of all medical insurance
- Coordination of staff medical benefits
- Preparation of Town Hall slides, internal HR communications
- Benefits administration
- Staff recognition administration
Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
