About the role 

The people operations associate will be responsible for performing people-related duties in the areas of onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and employment-law compliance.
This role reports directly to the People Operations Manager and will be based in our Riyadh HQ.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, etc.) and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliant processes in organizational changes, following country policies and documentation.
  • Manage visa processes and coordinate with VFS agencies.
  • Report on visa quota and compliance with MOL regulations.
  • Provide a first-class relocation experience for employees moving to KSA.
  • Take full accountability of Iqama operations for employees and dependents (renewals, transfer of sponsorship, additions, exit re-entry visas, etc.).
  • Ensure Saudization compliance and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
  • Manage HRIS updates for all organizational changes in a timely and accurate manner.
    Prepare headcount reporting and maintain workforce data
  • Manage the ticketing system, ensuring SLA and quality targets are met.
  • Support KSA employees with employee service requests (HR letters, bank certificates, etc.).
  • Process HRIS change requests (e.g., bank account changes, dependent additions).

Your expertise

Experience

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skilled in data analysis and comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of government platforms and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Sound business judgment with clear and effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
