Your New Role…
Join WBD’s Production People & Culture (P&C) team as a P&C Coordinator, partnering with the P WBITVP business and productions across International. You’ll be the central communications hub between the team, P&C Centres of Excellence, internal departments including corporate legal and finance, facilitating smooth information flow and coordination. You will play a key role in providing high quality administration and project coordination, supporting global HR programmes and partnering with teams to deliver impactful initiatives in a fast-paced, creative environment with a focus on creating a positive experience for employees and production teams.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Act as the central point of contact for the Production P&C team, coordinating initiatives such as compensation planning, goal setting, inclusion, wellbeing, talent management and training programmes.
HR initial point of contact for WBITVP employees
Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and ensure compliance with HR processes.
Assist recruitment activities, including apprenticeships and trainee programmes.
Track and manage training programmes and related invoicing.
Design, build and analyse production surveys (including diversity data and production feedback) and present the data in a format that meets the needs of the team. Partner with the P&C team to interpret the data to help inform strategy.
Provide administrative assistance for employee relations and restructuring meetings.
Update P&C resources (SharePoint, policies, news) and prepare regular workforce reports.
Monitor progress of colleagues on professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).
Qualifications & Experience…
Previous experience in HR or a client-focused role; media experience is ideal but not essential.
Strong organisational, project management and time management skills.
Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good judgement and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR systems (e.g., Workday), with a focus on data analytics and reporting.
Interest in the production or creative industries.
Commitment to inclusion and employee wellbeing.
Curiosity and drive to learn and develop continuously.
Business Overview…
Warner Bros International Television Production (WBITVP) operates across 15 territories under 22 labels, producing both scripted and non-scripted content. It creates original programming and adapts formats owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. In markets without local production capability, WBITVP licenses its formats to third-party producers.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
