The Opportunity:
We are seeking a HR Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Talent Strategy and Analytics team. The Digital Talent Strategy and Analytics team is responsible for the HR Technology Strategy, Roadmap and System Implementation, People Analytics, and HR Data Governance. People Analytics collaborates with stakeholders across HR and the business building reporting and analytical solutions. The HR Analytics Specialist will play a key role in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that inform and enhance CACIs talent strategy. The role will deliver enterprise level HR analytics, metrics, reporting and dashboards. 
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics
o Gather and integrate HR data from various sources
o Transform complex HR and HR related data sets into clear, compelling narratives
o Analyze workforce data to uncover trends, patterns and insights that inform HR and organizational strategies
o Conduct deep dive analysis leveraging multiple data sources, including external data
o Perform root cause analysis to address workforce challenges, such as turnover
o Leverage HRIS and business intelligence tool to performance analysis and visualization (eg. PowerBI, SQL, Python)
o Manage analytics projects intake process to include gathering requirements, prioritizing requests and maintaining backlog
Metrics
o Deliver monthly and ad hoc HR metrics reports and analysis – for example, turnover, internal mobility, headcount trends, etc.
o Partner with HR stakeholders to identify key metrics and analytics that inform the Talent Strategy and HR operations
o Establish benchmarks and track progress against workforce goals and industry standards
o Continuously enhance metrics and reporting frameworks to reflect evolving business needs
Reporting and Dashboards
o Develop and deliver dashboards, reports and presentation that provide clear and actionable insights
o Present insights and recommendations in a clear, concise manner that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
o Support the design and lead the development and automation of internal HR dashboards, metrics and reports
o Serve as an HR data steward, ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity across deliverables and dashboards
o Collaborate with HR Technology, HR Data Governance, HRIS, and IT teams to optimize reporting infrastructure, integrations and data governance
Qualifications:
Required: 
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years focused on people or workforce analytics
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or similar visualization software
• Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of stakeholder audiences
• Experience with HR Systems – Workday HCM and ATS is a plus
• Experience in capturing dashboard requirements, dashboard design, and driving user adoption
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on deriving insights from data and the ability to deliver compelling stories
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data analysis and reporting
• Strong business acumen and communication skills to partner effectively with HR teams

The proposed salary range for this position is:
