We are looking for a People Analyst & Greenhouse Admin to join our HR CoE (Center of Expertise) team. We need an effective person who understands processes, loves data, digs into requirements, and is looking for a great environment for growth. You will be key in ensuring data accuracy, driving deep analytics, and providing effective administration for our recruiting system, Greenhouse.
You will be empowered and accountable for:
- Greenhouse Administration: Serve as the owner and administrator of the Greenhouse ATS.
- Governance & Access: Develop, implement, and manage governance models and security access for the system.
- System Support: Lead user adoption, training, and documentation for Greenhouse
- People Analytics: co-create the evolution of Power BI dashboards and analytics
- Deep Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis to uncover critical insights, find root causes, and translate data into actionable business conclusions.
- Optimization & Automation: Create roadmaps for enhancement and implement automation strategies for data processes
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role (People/HR Analyst, System Administrator of recruiting systems).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to delve deep into data, address complex issues, and provide strategic insights.
- System Admin Experience: Extensive experience in administering HR or recruiting systems (ideally Greenhouse, or other ATS/HRMS).
- Language: Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level.
- Soft Skills:
- Proactive: Ability to take ownership and show initiative.
- Logical Mindset: A desire to dig into the core and find the root cause of issues.
- Ability to work and grow in a dynamic environment.
It would be great if you have experience or passion to grow in such areas as:
- Experience with or interest in predictive modeling / Machine Learning related to HR data.
- Experience with HRMS/ATS tool implementation, integration.
