The Position

Join our global People Support team and play a critical role in supporting our key HR transformation project across Eastern Europe and Central Asia! This is a unique opportunity to use your language skills and operational focus to ensure the successful rollout of our new HR systems and processes.

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Target Start: January 2026 – End Date: November 2027)

The Opportunity:

  • Support the critical Polaris Project by providing essential operational assistance focused on Ukraine and other expanding markets.

  • Act as the main operational liaison and coordinator for local HR Specialists in Ukraine, and later expanding to Kazakhstan, Belarus, Montenegro, and Kosovo.

  • Ensure speed and accuracy in key HR processes, including payroll and/or time reporting, encompassing auditing, reconciliation, and compliance verification.

  • Support the administration of company benefits, focusing on plan options, enrollment, and policy features.

  • Collaborate closely with project team members and receive instruction to help build, coordinate, and integrate new processes into daily operations across the supported countries.

  • Serve as the primary interpreter and liaison between internal employees and third-party vendors for payroll, time, and benefits (PTB), ensuring compliance with local legal and tax requirements.

  • Document essential PTB processes and procedures and assist with internal record audits and tax filings as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Native or advanced proficiency in Ukrainian is required (written and spoken) to effectively communicate and collaborate with the local Specialist in Ukraine.

  • Fluent English is necessary to interact with the global project team and participate in international meetings.

  • You are comfortable working in an operational support capacity and coordinating activities across multiple countries and stakeholders.

  • Previous experience or knowledge in Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits (PTB) is highly beneficial and will be leveraged in this role.

  • You are a self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of working independently as part of a distributed global team (onboarding and training will be conducted online).
