Reconcile payroll accounts, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Stay informed of evolving laws and regulations, ensuring compliance, supporting external audits, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Run payroll system interfaces with ERP systems and generate manual journal entries and accruals related to payroll.
We are looking for professionals with the following characteristics to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Accounting or Finance.
2-4 years of experience in payroll processing and payroll tax accounting.
Expertise in payroll processes and tax regulations across Central American countries, Knowledge of IFRS standards is preferred.
Proficiency in payroll systems and ERP platforms such as SAP.
Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, forecasting, and reconciliation.
