Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in Mexico and Colombia, ensuring compliance with established controls, procedures, and standards.
Ensure full compliance with local payroll tax regulations, including filing of tax returns, remittance of payroll taxes, and adherence to Mexico CFDI and Colombia “Nómina Electrónica” requirements.
Review and reconcile payroll data, implementing quality assurance measures to minimize errors and discrepancies in calculations, deductions, and benefits.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes across business functions.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
Support audits and inspections by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries from auditors or regulatory agencies.

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
4-5 years of payroll tax and payroll process experience in multinational companies, specifically in Mexico and/or Colombia.
Expertise in Mexico’s CFDI and Colombia’s “Nómina Electrónica.” Proficiency in payroll systems, ERP platforms, and SAP for payroll management.
Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
Microsoft Excel proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level for data analysis, forecasting, and reconciliation.
