ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Payroll Analyst, you will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focus on Polish market.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking, reconciling, and processing payroll input data.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
- Provide the external vendors with input and instructions.
- Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports for HR and Finance.
- Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor.
- Collaborate closely with various departments across the company.
- Participate in payroll-related projects.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in payroll.
- You pay attention to detail.
- You have strong MS Office literacy (especially MS Excel and Outlook)
- You understand how to work with confidential data.
- You feel comfortable working with tight deadlines.
- You speak Polish fluently and English at least on B1/ B2 level
