About The Role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Sales Manager to own the partner co-sell motion that accelerates revenue through influence. This role builds and executes joint sales plays with influence-heavy partners like Omatic and Stripe, plus SI and tech partners that rarely refer but materially help us win. You’ll drive account mapping, deal orchestration, and field enablement to progress active opportunities, while selectively sourcing net-new pipeline where there’s clear partner leverage. Success is measured primarily by influenced pipeline and influenced Closed-Won, with secondary goals on sourced pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Run structured account mapping with Omatic, Stripe, and priority SIs & ISVs to identify mutual in-flight deals and white space.
- Orchestrate partner involvement across the deal lifecycle: discovery, solution validation, onboarding, and executive alignment.
- Lead repeatable co-sell rituals: blitz days, deal reviews, and proof point packaging for live opps.
- Build and maintain joint value props, win stories, objection handling, and talk tracks tailored by segment and use case.
- Unblock deals by brokering the right resources fast: SE support, references, legal, product, and finance.
- Report and forecast partner-influenced pipeline and CW with clarity, tagging rigor, and agreed influence rules.
- Stand up light-weight, high-yield sourcing plays with partners who have strong adjacency signals.
- Co-develop micro-campaigns and events with Marketing and partner field teams to generate MELs that convert.
- Triage and qualify partner-originated interest and deal reg, ensuring clean handoffs into Sales.
- Support the delivery of enablement to AEs, SEs, and partner sellers on when and how to pull partners into deals.
- Package repeatable “How We Win with [Partner]” kits: integration paths, mutual customer stories, ROI narratives.
- Maintain a clean operating playbook for co-sell workflows, SLAs, and success criteria.
- Lead weekly partner pipeline reviews, ensuring accurate influence/sourced tagging and next steps.
- Maintain exemplary Salesforce hygiene for all partner activities, notes, contacts, and stage moves.
- Track and communicate performance against quarterly targets with clear risk and recovery plans.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6–10 years in technology GTM with hands-on partner co-sell experience alongside ISVs and SIs.
- Proven track record orchestrating complex deals with partner influence from discovery through close.
- Familiarity with payments, data integration, and nonprofit tech ecosystems; experience with Stripe and Salesforce-adjacent partners a plus.
- Strong, process-oriented operator with excellent program hygiene in Salesforce and partner tools.
- Executive-ready communicator who can simplify complexity and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable traveling to partner sites, joint events, and customer meetings as needed.
Benefits
Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
