About the Role
We’re seeking a Partner Technical Enablement Specialist with a passion for training, coaching, and simplifying complex technologies for diverse partner audiences. This role plays a critical part in building partner technical competencies, accelerating their adoption of the JumpCloud platform, and ultimately ensuring mutual success through scalable, high-impact training engagements.
In this role, your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs for our partners. These programs are crucial for improving technical understanding, building confidence, and fostering growth throughout our partner ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, trainer, and consultant, guiding partners through their onboarding journey with JumpCloud.
