What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow our wireless portfolio within our largest retail partner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and Amazon brand specialists.
- Lead weekly alignment calls and collaborate cross-functionally with Category and Purchasing teams.
- Maintain healthy inventory levels and support ASIN housekeeping, BTR, and Vendor Central reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost performance and achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Drive pricing management as a key lever for success.
- Deliver forward-thinking Amazon promotional campaigns and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) planning.
- Engage face-to-face with vendors and customers to build lasting relationships.
- Achieve quarterly targets based off annual operating plan.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent organisational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results, including revenue and profit growth.
- Experience in Amazon account management and e-commerce operations.
- Skilled in pricing strategy and performance optimisation.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP (not essential but bonus points if you do).
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for driving success.
