The Partner Experience Associate is an individual contributor role responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with skilled nursing facility (SNF) leadership, corporate teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. This role focuses on partner retention, satisfaction, and engagement while identifying opportunities for growth and service expansion. The Partner Experience Associate works closely with the Regional Director and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination, address partner needs, and enhance the overall partner experience. Ideal candidates will bring a clinical background in skilled nursing or long-term care, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to MedElite’s partners.
