JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The School of Engineering Design & Innovation is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support the growth of our Beyond Engineering microcredential program. This part-time role focuses on outreach, coordination, and conversion efforts to secure at least two company-sponsored cohorts by July 2026. This person would work closely with the Co-Lead for the Microcredential program who is leading the efforts on marketing and together would come up with a better organized and effective sales strategy and execution.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with co-lead for the Microcredential program to create and execute a more organized and effective sales strategy.

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective corporate partners.

  • Utilize our already deep database of connections to conduct follow ups

  • Build new relationships to add to our sales funnel that aligns with our social media strategy

  • Coordinate sales efforts with social media strategy team.

  • Assist in strategic outreach to Northeast geographic region based on digital ad campaigns

  • Track leads, follow up diligently, and ensure timely communication.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in sales, outreach, or customer engagement preferred.

  • Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.


Commitment
Part-time, flexible hours, hybrid. Goal-oriented position with a target of securing two NEW company cohorts of at least 20 seats each by June 2026. May lead to continued employment opportunities after the July time frame depending on performance.
