About the Role

As a Paid Media Growth Associate, you’ll be an essential member of our client strategy team, supporting Growth Strategists and Paid Media experts in executing digital marketing programs that drive measurable business results.

This associate-level role offers early-career professionals hands-on experience in paid media, growth marketing, and experimentation. You’ll learn how to use data and testing to optimize ad performance, improve efficiency, and influence outcomes across the customer journey.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple clients and industries, supporting campaign strategy, analysis, and reporting — all while developing the skills to grow into a client-facing strategist role over time. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s analytically curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how paid media and experimentation work together to power smarter marketing decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Growth Strategists and Paid Media leads with campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of paid media testing strategies and hypotheses.
  • Collaborate on weekly client check-ins and contribute to performance reviews and reporting.
  • Conduct campaign audits and compile insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Analyze paid performance data and experiment outcomes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help prepare client-facing presentation materials, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with internal teams (design, analytics, and engineering) to align ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Support the development of cross-channel recommendations that connect paid media learnings with broader growth strategies (e.g., email, CRO, lifecycle).
  • Stay current on platform updates, digital trends, and best practices across paid search, social, and emerging channels.
  • Learn the foundations of A/B testing, experimentation, and growth strategy.

What Makes a Great Growth Associate

  • 2–5 years of experience or education in digital marketing, paid media, or growth-related fields.
  • Working knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and marketing strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in campaign management and reporting.
  • Clear communicator — able to present insights and recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks and client priorities.
  • Curious about how data, creative, and customer behavior intersect to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player with a desire to grow into a strategist role.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing or CRO.

Compensation

We’re hiring for the Paid Media Growth Associate role, with a compensation range of $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience and demonstrated skills. Final title and compensation will be determined through the interview process.
