Pack Management & Regulatory Specialist — Registros y Pack Management

¿Te interesa desarrollar tu carrera en Registros y Pack Management dentro del sector farmacéutico? Buscamos una persona detallista, proactiva y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo que gestione la creación, revisión y aprobación de materiales de acondicionamiento impreso (artworks) y las actividades regulatorias relacionadas.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Asegurar que los materiales de acondicionamiento impreso cumplen con la Autorización de Comercialización.
  • Coordinar la creación, revisión y aprobación de artworks con Registros, Pack Management y departamentos implicados.
  • Gestionar actividades regulatorias para la creación de códigos en nuevos productos.
  • Mantener y reportar KPIs del área.
  • Preparar documentación local para variaciones, revalidaciones y nuevas presentaciones ante AEMPS.
  • Actualizar los sistemas regulatorios internos con información de variaciones, cancelaciones y revalidaciones.

Requisitos

  • Titulación universitaria.
  • Gran capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
  • Inglés fluido (C1) hablado y escrito.
  • Iniciativa, creatividad y orientación a soluciones.
  • Dominio de MS Office.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia previa en gestión de materiales de acondicionamiento, información regulatoria o roles similares.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas corporativos (Harmony, GLAMS, Veeva RIM, Veeva Quality Docs).
