Leading and overseeing accounting procedures (2+ Group Leaders)
Managing and providing strategic oversight to the technical team (3+ Group Leaders)
Full oversight and coordination of a team of 20+ members
Partnering with the Partners and Directors to assist in key initiatives such as reporting, compliance, and operational improvements
Monitoring and improving team utilization and realization metrics, with consistent tracking and reporting
Contributing to business development through participation in strategic planning and collaboration with the US senior leadership team
Providing leadership and insights in technical team meetings, finance/operations discussions, and business strategy sessions
Strengthening the connection between operations, finance, and sales to drive overall business efficiency
Managing different team members and vendors to achieve strategic decision-making
Supervising and providing remote and onsite support of client computing and networking infrastructures
Participating in architecture, design, and implementation of cloud-hosted solutions for customer technologies
Researching and identifying technology solutions to software, hardware, and network issues
Preparing technical proposals, reports, and presentations
Maintaining effective communication with clients and external resources concerning technical issues
Deep understanding of managed IT services, consulting IT services, and cloud technologies
Strong financial acumen with knowledge of revenue generation, billing, and profitability tracking
Hands-on experience with sales and CRM tools
Proficiency in service ticketing systems and project management tools
Experience in project planning, client support, and development
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, security, and maintenance
Familiarity with Microsoft server operating systems (Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019)
Understanding of firewalls, routers, wireless networks, and security protocols
Certifications such as Security+, Network+, CCNA, CISSP, Microsoft certifications are a plus
Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud solutions
Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively and present in simple terms
Experience with a consulting organization
Ability to write and present documentation, reports, and proposals
Interest in mentoring and developing junior team members
Enthusiasm for presenting topics, listening, and learning from discussions
