About the Job
We’re seeking a highly motivated, commercially minded Originator to help build Peak’s growing IPP portfolio. This person will be out in the market identifying and securing projects and offtake agreements that make Peak’s energy storage systems valuable, financeable, and scalable.
You’ll play a critical role in finding, negotiating, and structuring power contracts — ensuring each deal is financeable, competitively priced, and aligned with Peak’s long-term commercial strategy. The ideal candidate combines market insight, relationship-building, and deal-making skills with a deep understanding of how projects move from concept to cash flow.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, with actual pay varying based on work location, experience, and skills.
