Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is on a multi-year journey to realize organizational transformation via an ERP & Digital implementation. If you are a highly skilled, enthusiastic Change Management professional who is creative, tech savvy, process centric, and ready to be a part of successfully transitioning processes, systems, and ways of working, you may be our next Organization Change Lead.
The Organization Change Lead will drive culture, leadership, and organizational transformation initiatives that strengthen business performance and employee engagement. This role partners with all levels of the organization to shape culture, design effective operating models, and build leadership and team capability to support long-term success.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of structured frameworks to help the organization assess how business processes and technology will impact organization structures, roles, and people. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP-driven business process change, change impact analysis, risk mitigation strategies, and experience supporting structural changes, role realignments, and best practices in organizational design.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, lead and execute change management strategy and plans for digital initiatives to accelerate adoption, drive continuous improvement, and ensure sustainment
Apply established methodologies (e.g., stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, leadership alignment, communications, learning plans, readiness assessments, KPIs)
Build scalable change management processes aligned with roadmap and strategic priorities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Taylor businesses and functions supporting organizational health and readiness
Collaborate with HR to embed strategies that enhance engagement, agility, and performance
Partner with Transformation Management Office Change Management to develop a unified framework for organization design, ERP, and other related changes
Define and track KPIs to measure change adoption and mitigation effectiveness
Continuously refine change methodologies based on transformation learnings
Mitigation Strategies & Change Readiness:
Implement strategies to manage people-related impacts, including role transitions, upskilling, and process adoption
Monitor risks in project tracking tools and align with PMO activities
Collaborate with leadership to build team resilience and support smooth transitions
Coordinate with project teams to phase changes strategically, minimizing disruption and operational risk
Partner with Training Lead to ensure employees are ready for transformation
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Define and lead stakeholder analysis, robust communications plan, standing up and leading key change and alignment forums, core messaging, leader alignment, and change intervention strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor and establish strong stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment on change impacts and readiness plans
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to validate change impacts and address concerns proactively
Partner with senior leadership to shape and drive culture transformation
Use diagnostics to assess organization’s health and readiness for change
Lead interventions that build agility, engagement, and performance
Qualifications:
Experienced Change Leader with 5+ years of experience driving organization and people-related transformation, including ERP implementations, digital initiatives, and operating model evolution
Background spans organization development, leadership development, and enterprise change leadership
Empathetic storyteller skilled at connecting with diverse audiences and inspiring engagement
Proficient in leading change using models such as Burke-Litwin, Kotter, Lewin, Appreciative Inquiry, and ADKAR
Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting capabilities
Proven ability to manage concurrent projects, contribute to PMO planning, and conduct complex change analyses across various functions of the Taylor businesses including finance, supply chain, operations, and customer experience
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with an initiative-taking approach to risk management
Effective influencer and collaborator with executives and transformation teams
Experienced in navigating matrix environments and dotted-line relationships
Certifications preferred: Prosci, CCMP, Oracle, SAP
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
