Job Description
Apply and transfer of behavioural science knowledge to the planned development, improvement and reinforcement of strategies, structures and processes that contribute to organisational effectiveness
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members
- Development of a service culture which build rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service
- Manage, support and integrate services and solutions as well as initiate innovations and changes needed to align them with the strategic intent of the organisation, as well as the integration with other CoE services and solutions to deliver value
- Contribute to enhancing and enabling the change and organisation development capacity in the business, with an emphasis on enhancing the organisation’s capacity to transform sustainably
- Design and facilitate integrated transformational organisation development interventions
- Partner/inform in the design, implementation and/or roll-out of other organisation diagnostic assessments
- Source, build and manage partnerships with external experts / providers
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
