Overview:

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring all the orders , Credit and Cancellations are within Salesforce.com compliance policies and related documents are posted accurately within the Salesforce application. Individual must be able to work in a team environment, be self- motivated, and extremely detail-oriented. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and validate orders to ensure compliance with Salesforce.com policies.
* Process  documents sent to Salesforce, send countersigned copies to customers, and  manage the flow of documents from intake to storage.
* Process credit memos by reviewing and validating requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely credit memo processing.
* Review cancellation requests for completeness and accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.
* Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
* Work directly with various departments within Salesforce.com including Order Management, Sales Operations, Legal, Account Executives, Customer Service and Collections. 
* Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency of order management operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


* Must have strong research and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, ability to think quickly
* Strong organizational and follow-through skills
* Excellent time management skills.
* Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines - adaptability is imperative.
* Must be able to maintain a calm and positive attitude in stressful/time-sensitve situations.
* Flexible to different work hours. 
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is an added advantage.  
* Proficiency in using Workday or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.
