Ensure proper execution of order processing to meet the objectives of Customer Orientation
· Maintain a most efficient order processing workflow to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on a timely basis.
· Monitor partial delivery and customer parts exchange process
· Achieve on-time delivery through efficient communication, co-ordinate with sales department on the
aspect of order and commitments to customers
· Issue accurate delivery notes & invoices upon delivery of order.
· Providing contact point/knowledge base for sales team, internal/external customers in all aspects of
administration and support as required.
· To be conversant with Intergraph product range at a level to be able to answer general order/sales
enquiries
· Other tasks assigned by Manager.
