Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and support technical solutions across Oracle ERP Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM).
- Create and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Design and develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI and custom report creation.
- Customize Fusion SaaS using Application Composer and Page Composer.
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs to integrate with third-party applications.
- Perform data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – app-driven, scheduled integrations, and connectivity agents.
- Good knowledge of Application Composer and customization techniques.
- Ability to write SQL, PL/SQL, and work with XML and XSLT.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Have knowledge in performance tuning.
- Design and develop complex BI reports.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting development.
- Hands-on experience with: BIP, OTBI, FRS and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – optional but preferred
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models (e.g., Manufacturing, SCM, and Financials).
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and Excel-based analytics tools.
- Familiarity with security roles and data access in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Leverage prebuilt adapters (REST, SOAP, ERP, HCM, DB, FTP, etc.) to connect systems and services
.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- Knowledge on Oracle ERP Application and BI reports.
- Knowledge on basic application flow like P2P and Oracle Financials.
- Experience on SQL to develop new/complex reports.
- Experience on BI reports with Bursting functionality.
- Experience on OTBI reports and Dashboards.
- Experience on Customizing the standard BI reports.
- Knowledge on Webservices SOAP/REST.

- Oracle Financial Modules: Knowledge of modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expense Management.
- SQL & Reporting Tools: Proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, and dashboard/report development.
- Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integrations with Purchasing, financials, and third-party systems.
