Key Responsibilities:
Able to understand and translate customers' needs and pain points and capture insights to drive a bundle value proposition
Cross-collaborate and get the engagement of relevant stakeholders (Product, Customer Experience,Finance, Legal, ) to develop solutions by providing customer insights
Able to capture and show in the value proposition to customers efficiencies and savings linked to their challenges
Project Management background with effective and structured communication of status and progress of opportunities to senior leadership logistics knowledge
Able to coach sales team on sales processes and share best practices looking to improve sales effectiveness and win rate.
Great stakeholder management and ability to influence others without authority.
Looking for customer-centric approach with commercial understanding
Support front-line sales in a consultative selling approach to gather customer requirements and solution selling.
Requirements:
In this role you ought to be passionate about building agile solutions for our customers. For you, providing a great customer experience is non-negotiable, through every step of our product and solutions life cycles. You are highly independent and eloquent, convincing, easy going and senior relationship builder, enjoy working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles (solutions, sales, supply chain, 4PL)
Logistics and Supply Chain Management
CRM/Salesforce previous acumen desired.
Fluid english level (Upper intermediate an above)
Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams and clients
Strong presentation skils (written, decks and verbal)
Excel - Intermediate level
