1.熟悉精益生产、精益文化的理念、工具,了解六西格玛相关统计分析方法；
2.具有Power BI开发经验，熟悉低代码开发或者一门编程语言的优先考虑；
3.具有GMP相关的知识和工作经验；

2.学习力：拥抱数字化变革，快速学习新技能并应用于实际工作中；

责任范围 (优先排列) AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. 深度参与、支持与辅导部门重要改善项目活动
1) 支持相关部门的精益/六西格玛改善项目和活动的识别、推进与实施；
2) 遵循适当的卓越运营方法辅导项目；
3) 跟踪部门相应改善项目，并定期汇报进展
2. 维护工厂层级改进项目
1) 根据工厂变革主计划，配合执行相应的变革项目；
2) 跟踪项目改进的效果；
3) 定期汇报项目进展;
3. 推广卓越运营工具和文化
1）推广适合工厂的相关卓越运营知识、工具并给予推广和运用；
2) 优化现场管理系统(如IMEx、HAPS等)、推进可视化、确保标准作业等；
3) 通过员工提案、自主改善、能力认证等方式鼓励全员参与；
4) 开展定期的宣传活动、营造卓越运营文化氛围；
5) 在公司卓越运营网络范围内，推广和复制改善的最佳实践；
6) 按照计划完成需要的员工培训；
4. 工厂运营支持
1）为工厂提供关键指标追踪、数据分析等技术支持；
2) 配合完成工厂的对外宣传、迎接访问等工作；
5.其他工作
1) 积极主动完成上级主管交给的其他任务；
2) 高效团队合作，配合其他同事完成相关工作
