Responsibilities:
- Compliance and HSE: respect and support the adherence to current HSE standards, always considering these aspects in the execution of initiatives and projects.
- Continuous improvement: responsible for managing and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence of processes in the technology and operations sector, ensuring that all subprocesses are followed and monitoring the project's indicators monthly and annually.
- Manufacturing: manage industrial area projects, including operational efficiency, technological upgrades, and compliance, as well as participate in the investment committee and plan future projects.
- Project portfolio management: influence and manage the project portfolio in the technology and operations area, including process changes, and support leaders in risk and opportunity assessment (FMEA and SWOT).
- Risk management and audits: support the evaluation of process deviations and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Operational excellence: be an ambassador for the topic, influencing areas and supporting the organization in related initiatives to drive business results.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in Engineering, preferably Chemistry or Industrial.
- Advanced Excel.
- Advanced English.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge. Desirable: green belt.
- Desirable: post graduation in Quality Management.
