Key Responsibilities 主要岗位职责
1、Achieve the production goal each day with high quality and efficiency under the lead of Line Leaders.
在带班长带领下高质量、高效率的完成每天的生产目标。
2、Inspect all the materials, report to Line Leader immediately if have any abnormal.
对所有物料进行检查,如有异常及时通知带班长。
3、 Clean, maintain, check-over and changeover machines according to production plan and quality/EHS requirements.
根据生产计划和质量/EHS 要求对设备进行清洁、维护、检查和换线。
4、Supervise the correct conduct of GMP, follow GMP and process requirement, and responsible for the environment cleaning of responsible area.
督促自我GMP 执行无误,生产过程中遵守GMP 和生产工艺要求, 并负责责任区内的环境卫生。
5、Take part in all kinds of training in own shift on time and give rationalization suggestions.
认真及时参加本班组的各项培训,并提出合理的建议。
6、Identify, report and remove potential quality and EHS risk.
及时识别,汇报和消除质量和安全隐患。
7、Follow assignments, capable to take position role independently, can work on three shifts.
遵从分配,可胜任本岗位工作的独立操作,可以从事三班生产。
8、Understand and comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and quality regulation, corporate requirement, SOP and requirements.
理解并遵守所有环境、健康和安全(EHS)及质量法规、公司要求、标准操作程序(SOP)和要求。
9、Perform other duties as per requests from superiors.
根据上级要求履行其他职责。
Specialized Knowledge 专业知识
1、Education Background 文化程度(学历/专业)
Technical secondary school graduated or above. Having related experiences in pharmaceutical or FMCH company is preferred.
中专以上学历,有制药行业或快消行业相关工作经验为佳。
2、Skill and ability 技能和能力要求
Taken in GMP knowledge training and familiar with SOPs 、batch record、change control and deviation knowledge of quality management.
接受过GMP 相关知识的培训,熟悉SOP、批记录以及变更和偏差的规定。
Have basic pharmaceutical knowledge and equipment maintain skill.
具备基础的药学知识和设备维护技能。
Using electronic system (PAS-X, SAP, etc.) related to work fluently.
能熟练使用工作相关的电子系统(如PAS-X, SAP 等等系统)。
Good teamwork.
具备良好的团队合作意识。
