JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of freight and warehouse agents.
Schedule - Tues - Sat 2nd shift. (Tues - Thurs - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) (Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM) (Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Managing Freight Operations: Ensure the efficient movement of the freight in and out of the warehouse.
Supervising Warehouse Associates: Providing guidance, support, and direction to warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety.
Booking Trailers: Coordinating and booking trailers for shipments, ensuring timely and, efficient transportation
Assisting Dispatch Team: Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues
Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and management of equipment, ensuring it's in good working condition
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: 
Detail Oriented
Excellent computer and communication skills
Able to multitask in a high-paced environment
Strong verbal and technical written communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to type 35+ wpm minimum
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

Pay Range:
$62-66k
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
