We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Operations Partner to join our Retail Enablement team, supporting our VIC, TAS, SA and WA regions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves working with people, and is passionate about creating consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every store.

As a trusted advisor and coach to our Retail Leaders, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring MECCA’s stores operate seamlessly — championing compliance, safety, and innovation to deliver the best experience for our teams and customers alike.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with Regional Managers to assess and uplift operational performance and compliance standards across stores.

  • Lead reviews of store execution, identify risks and develop action plans for improvement.

  • Coach Store and Operations Managers to enhance capability, consistency, and minimise risks

  • Collaborate with Support Centre teams to create practical toolkits and resources that drive best practice.

  • Play a change agent role in transforming technology and processes in store.

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for a confident communicator and natural problem solver with a deep understanding of retail operations and a passion for driving excellence.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Strong understanding of MECCA’s operational processes, systems and tools.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach and influence retail teams to achieve high standards.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach.

  • Experience managing compliance, stock, or loss prevention processes in retail.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical execution.
