Role Description
- Third Party Management (TPM), part of Deutsche Bank’s Global Procurement function, is responsible for the processes that manage risks related to the engagement of third party vendors and outsourcing. TPM has been through a large-scale transformation program to change the approach, process and technology used for the vendor risk management process
- Following the successful implementation of a new risk framework—supported by the dbTPRM platform (Coupa Risk Assess)—TPM is transitioning from a Change-the-Bank (CtB) programme to Business-as-Usual (BaU). To support this transition and ongoing platform evolution, we are seeking a Change Management Project Manager to lead day-to-day platform oversight, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your key responsibilities
- Support delivery of implementation solutions and execution of programmes: Accountable for the delivery of the agreed project outputs, working with stakeholders to meet project scope, timeline, and budget. Accountable for deliverables as agreed with owners and business / functional heads.
- Create impact through business transformation solutions: Develop and drive concrete solution proposals and support business owners in their implementation. Conduct analysis on program dependencies, progress through the various phases to inform timelines, execution, and business strategy. Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope etc. associated with project and establish an audit trail to demonstrate these activities have been addressed, etc.
- Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for findings management, ensuring accurate documentation, effective remediation, and compliance with controls and governance standards. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders as required.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with all key stakeholders within the TPRM process to facilitate change and process improvement. Support project working groups, efficiently run project meetings with senior stakeholders. Support and promote the Team’s agenda with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure delivery on project objectives, expectations, and focus areas.
- Communication: Ensure regular and transparent communication with all stakeholders through updates, reports and presentations.
Your skills and experience
Essential Skills
- Experience: 4+ years’ experience in procurement, financial services or risk management industry.
- Execution excellence: Demonstrated ability & track record of delivering high quality results against challenging timelines. Ability & track record to successfully manage diverse stakeholders.
- Academic requirements: Degree in a Finance-related discipline.
- Analytical skills: Experience to develop conceptual solutions to existing challenges. Problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex data to inform decision-making, prepare comprehensive outputs for senior management.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior managers, both in English and in German. Ability to structure complex information and matters, and to condense matters into convincing presentations. Experience in moderating difficult discussions or meetings with the required conflict resolution skills a plus.
