Operations Manager – SaaS Product

About your role:
Fiserv delivers technology and services that power the financial world. You will join the CRM Solutions team to lead operational processes that support our SaaS product portfolio, ensuring accurate billing, partner program execution, and cloud consumption control to enable scalable growth and reliable customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS billing operations, including monthly billing cycles, data validation, adjustments, and coordination with internal billing and finance teams.
  • Manage revenue share calculations, partner invoicing, and reconciliation for reseller and partner programs.
  • Automate invoicing and billing workflows for subscription and consumption-based cloud services.
  • Oversee contract and licensing tracking for new modules, seat expansions, credits/disputes, and billing readiness assessments.
  • Monitor and reconcile cloud consumption, collaborate with cloud providers to validate usage, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Administer operational systems (reseller program management, procurement interfaces, ITSM) and produce recurring and ad hoc management reports across budgeting, purchasing, time reporting, and risk.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Billing, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support to drive cross-functional operational improvements.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS billing platforms and revenue recognition systems (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee, NetSuite Billing, Zuora Revenue/RevPro).
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud consumption and cost management (e.g., Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer, Google Cloud Billing) for production SaaS services.
  • 8+ years of experience with ERP and financial systems integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance, Oracle Cloud Financials, NetSuite).
  • 8+ years of experience in partner/reseller program administration and partner invoicing processes (e.g., Microsoft Partner Center, channel/reseller contract management).
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • 6+ years of experience with operational platforms and tools such as ServiceNow, Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and integration middleware/APIs.
  • 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Practical experience applying ASC 606 / revenue recognition principles to SaaS subscription and usage billing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center administration and Microsoft Azure commercial marketplace billing flows.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
  • Prior experience managing vendor and partner relationships and providing executive-level stakeholder reporting and communication.

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.
  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
  • This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
