Do Work That Matters

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager based in Parramatta. Part of the CB NSW 30 leadership team, this role is pivotal in supporting our Relationship Executives to deliver premium service and enable successful business growth.

 

You will promote a high-performance culture, engage and develop our team through effective people initiatives, and share responsibility for compliance activities and managing business expenses.
 

More Specifically, You Will:

  • Lead the business’ people and operational functions, including onboarding new staff, training, events and customer functions.

  • Assist with implementing business continuity and operational plans to ensure performance standards are met.

  • Stay aligned with operational requirements and manage costs efficiently.

  • Analyse data and provide management reports to support decision-making.

  • Support two Executive Managers with strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

  • Directly contribute to a strong and vibrant team culture.

 

What We are Looking For:

  • A people-focused individual with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational abilities.

  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and create a positive work environment.

  • Strong understanding of reporting systems and processes, including strong proficiency in Excel.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline (preferred).

  • Banking background (preferred).
