Join us as a Learning & Training Specialist to revolutionize how we train and develop our operational teams at Qonto.
You'll be at the forefront of implementing our new Learning Management System (LMS), creating a seamless learning experience for our teams across Europe.

Working alongside our Training & Learning experts, you'll help shape the future of learning at Qonto and directly impact our customer satisfaction through enhanced team capabilities.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Operation Learning & Training Specialist at Qonto, you will:

Roll out and optimization of our Learning Management System (Sana);
Design and develop comprehensive training and certification programs for both initial onboarding and continuous learning paths;
Monitor and analyze learning metrics to drive continuous improvement (participation rates, certification completion, learner satisfaction);
Partner with operational teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.

• Project Impact: You'll be instrumental in launching our new LMS platform, creating a foundation for scalable learning across Qonto
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Regular interaction with Back Office, AML, and L&D teams to ensure training programs meet business needs

🤝 About your future manager

You'll work with Anne-Charlotte, our Ops Excellence Lead, who brings extensive expertise in customer success, operations excellence, and project management. Her experience in both operations and management will provide you with the support needed to succeed while encouraging autonomy and innovation in your role.

🏅 About You

Experience: You have proven experience of at least 2 years in learning and development, preferably with hands-on experience implementing or managing LMS platforms
Project Management: You can drive complex projects from conception to completion, with strong organizational and planning skills
Data-Driven: You're comfortable working with learning analytics and using data to improve training effectiveness
Communication: You excel at creating engaging learning content and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Technical Aptitude: You have experience with learning technologies and can quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
Languages: English required, French, Spanish, German, Italian is a plus
