IT サポート サービス コンサルタントは、1 つ以上のアプリケーションを担当し、担当するアプリケーションが正常な状態で稼働していることに責任を持つ役割。この役割は、ビジネス チームと連携して作業し、プロダクション サポート パートナーを率いて、AIG ガバナンスに沿って BAU アクティビティを進める。
また、異なる文化や背景を持つ人々と協力しコミュニケーションする機会を持ち業務を遂行する。

Job Purpose
The IT Support Manager is the role that will be responsible for one or more applications to ensure the applications are up and running with healthy state. The role will work collaboratively with business teams and will lead production support partners to progress BAU activities aligning with AIG governance.
