Job Description

The Operations Group Manager – Global Delivery Insights & Enablement leads the strategy and operations for integrating offshoring related data and systems. This role is responsible for building a unified ecosystem that connects currently disconnected systems, enabling accurate reporting, analytics, and auditability. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset and strong technical expertise in data tools and systems architecture to drive enablement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the Insights & Enablement function to integrate systems and data for Global Delivery oversight and operational transparency.
  • Build a centralized, auditable ecosystem that consolidates vendor data, internal offshore resource data and enables real-time reporting and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement assessment tools, including decisions on internal vs. third-party placement.
  • Develop dashboards and applications using Power BI and Power Apps to support access management and analytics.
  • Ensure traceability of contractor movement (e.g., onboarding/offboarding) and maintain visibility into upcoming transitions (e.g., “who is moving this month”)
  • Implement controls to monitor data movement and access, supporting compliance and breach prevention.
  • Serve as the dedicated support function for insights and enablement within a production-focused team.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure for vendor operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Management/supervisory experience
  • 10 or more years of banking or other relevant experience
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or similar tools
  • Deep understanding of 3rd party vendor management and systems integration
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational ecosystems
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of tact, diplomacy, and interpersonal effectiveness

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $143,905.00 - $169,300.00
