Provide colleagues with pricing, product, availability, order and delivery information.
Manage & process customer orders, inquiries or complaints as the first line of support then escalating where necessary.
Be a link between customer & sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals.
Track the status of customer orders and alert responsible persons should there be a deviation from plans or a bottle neck.
1-3 years experience in a similar role;
Good language skills in Turkish & English
Good business communication skills;
You have concern for order, quality and accuracy. You are working carefully with eye for detail.
