Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and ensure a hospitable reception.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the telephone switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate contacts.
  • Work according to established procedures and guidelines, including TAPA and other safety protocols.
  • Support facility and administrative tasks such as mail handling, meeting room coordination, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate appointments, visitor registration, and access badge issuance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the reception and office experience and contribute to a pleasant working environment.
  • General administrative tasks at the front -and back office

Qualifications:

  • You have a customer-focused and professional attitude.
  • You are well-organized and able to prioritize effectively.
  • You communicate clearly and kindly, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have experience in a similar role or a strong affinity with hospitality and office support.
  • You are comfortable working with procedures and systems such as TAPA.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch is required.
