Operational Supply Planner Scheduling

We are searching for an Operational Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain Operations planning team. You will be based in Saue, Estonia and report to the Supply Chain Operations Manager for Mixing, located in Sweden. You will be part of a great team of people based in Sweden and Estonia. Occasional travelling is required.

In this role you will be responsible for creating the daily production schedule including sequencing and timing of production orders, optimizing the production throughput, while ensuring the highest possible service level and ensuring stability in the production operations. You will collaborate closely with the production site.


What you will do

  • Lead the detailed scheduling process, including alignment with Production and Master supply planning.
  • Create an optimal production schedule for finished goods and pre-processes in accordance with the forecasted volume as well as plant and employee capacities.
  • Secure the release of a validated detailed schedule to the relevant stakeholders and the production site to ensure continuity in the production execution​.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure on-time delivery and react in case of production delays or short-term changes and update the detailed schedule on a regular basis​.
  • Exception management and decision-making in case of short-term changes.
  • Be part of our Continuous improvement agenda by providing analysis on trends and root causes for different KPI’s​ to relevant stakeholders.

What we expect from you

It is an advantage if you have the following competencies and personal skills:

  • Understanding of production processes
  • Experience from production planning​ / detailed scheduling and ERP systems, preferable M3
  • Very good knowledge in Excel
  • Interest and knowledge in automation, RPA, AI
  • Planning and organization skills​
  • Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills​
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills​
  • Fluent Estonian and English
  • University degree
  • You need to be a team player with a positive and energetic can-do attitude, resilient and self-driven, capable for building partnerships, and at the same time able to work independently.
