Idaho Power — located in vibrant Boise, Idaho — is looking for an Operational Network Leader to join our Power Supply team. It’s an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. What does an Operational Network Leader do for us?
As a frontline leader, they are responsible for the delivery of a secure, effective, efficient, reliable, and highly available Operational Technology (OT) network and infrastructure. The leader is responsible for actively promoting, managing, and executing OpsNet’s mission and values. They lead a team of employees, providing coaching, mentoring, and development to support individual and team growth. They lead the management of the OpsNet infrastructure and security requirements. They establish team priorities for projects, maintenance, and work management. They ensure team productivity and budgetary accuracy for the area of responsibility.

This position requires working at a desk/computer for extended periods of time. It requires the use of office equipment, fine motor skills including typing on the computer, dialing phones, filing paper, and working in close proximity to other people.
