You’ll join our Sales Enablement function — the engine that drives the performance, scale, and efficiency of our Field Sales organisation across Europe. This team ensures every sales representative is equipped, supported, and ready to deliver results from day one.
We’re looking for an Operating Partner to own the coordination and performance of our sales volume hiring and onboarding funnel from performance marketing to candidate hiring through to first sale readiness. You will be expected to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability across the full journey through collaboration with all taskforce owners.
You’ll act as the connective tissue between Performance Marketing, People, Training, and Operational teams. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, working to ensure data integrity, process consistency and optimisation between stages, and driving cross-functional initiatives that improve growth and conversion rates along this value stream.
You will be the champion of this value stream across the company, boosting both scale and velocity of our field sales representatives.
