Programme Growth & Support

  • Identify and review additional supplier opportunities for Supply Chain Finance programmes.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution team to secure additional capacity for expanding programmes.
  • Engage with Implementation to ensure a smooth handover of newly onboarded programmes.
  • Monitor the performance of receivables purchase facilities, including usage levels, concentration risks, and overdue receivables.
  • Maintain accurate management information (MI) on client activity, facility usage, and revenue contribution.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide regular updates to Product, Sales, Coverage, and Credit colleagues, including leading quarterly reviews.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to the Trade Product team to inform product enhancements and development.
  • Organise, manage, and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially for preparing presentations and reports.

Desirable:

  • Experience with propensity analysis for Supply Chain Finance.
  • Understanding of market developments and regulatory landscape in transaction banking.
  • Confidence to propose and challenge recommendations to clients in partnership with front-line teams.
  • Experience in analysing client win/loss feedback and driving actionable insights.
