Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Deskside Support Engineer with a passion for solving IT challenges and delivering exceptional user experiences. This is a fully site-based role supporting one of our valued clients, including VIP users, where professionalism, technical expertise, and excellent communication are key.
Location: London Paddington Office
You’ll be part of a collaborative IT support team, providing hands-on technical assistance across a range of devices and platforms. If you enjoy working directly with users, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a solid foundation in desktop support.
