About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Etail Brand Experience Lead to elevate how HP shows up across digital retail partners in the U.S. and Canada. Sitting within the North America Consumer Marketing team, this role spans both Print and Personal Systems and ensures that HP’s innovation, design, and purpose come to life consistently across all etail touchpoints.
You’ll lead how HP drives impact across key etailers—Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Staples, Costco, and others—through best-in-class content, campaigns, and product storytelling. Working closely with category, retail marketing, and campaign teams, you’ll help shape how HP’s brand translates into digital shelf performance and customer conversion.
What You’ll Do

Lead NPI (content) development and deployment across major etailers, collaborating with category and campaign teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and speed-to-market.
Drive optimization of product pages and retail assets—leveraging insights, testing, and competitive benchmarks to improve discoverability and conversion.
Align with retail and sales teams on go-to-market priorities, helping maximize visibility and performance across etail accounts.
Support seasonal and innovation campaigns, translating upper-funnel creative into digital shelf executions and retail-ready assets.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Global, Regional, and Local teams to ensure cohesive retail storytelling and measurement.
Track and report on content quality, readiness, and impact, ensuring HP remains a category benchmark for etail excellence.
Stay ahead of etail trends and partner capabilities, bringing forward recommendations on new formats, modules, and optimization opportunities.
Own budget and POs with agency partners, maintaining strict compliance with organizational policies and financial controls.
Manage agency partnerships to ensure on-brand and best-in-class execution, that delivers to budget and on time.
What You Bring
7–9 years of experience in etail marketing, brand activation, or retail content management—ideally in consumer technology or electronics.
Deep understanding of etail ecosystems (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.), including product-detail-page (PDP) optimization, imagery, SEO, and A+ content.
Experience managing NPI readiness and content updates across multiple platforms and product lines.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners in category, sales, retail marketing, and PR/Comms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sell-through, conversion, and content-quality metrics to guide improvement.
Excellent project-management and stakeholder-alignment skills across markets and functions.
Sharp creative judgment with passion for brand consistency, storytelling, and executional excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consumer electronics, PCs, or printing categories.
Familiarity with North American etail partners and their content / media requirements.
Experience operating within global-regional-local models and complex product portfolios.
Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Profitero, Stackline, or DataWeave.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
