Job Description
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following
Lead the strategic planning and tactical execution for Oncology brands in respective therapeutic areas, RCC for Japan
Engage with external stakeholders i.e, Scientific leaders and medical communities
Build both internal, especially sales, and external stakeholder support and advocacy for Oncology brands
Develop and manage relationships with Scientific leaders and academic societies, and obtain professional input from them
Develop materials and tools used for effective promotion across Omni channel approaches and manage external agency to work with
Prepare MR training contents in collaboration with sales planning/ training specialists
The promotion plan should be developed taking various factors into account; market insight, competitor benchmark, policy and regulation trends, customer needs, compliance and execution risks, business impact on the company, ex-Japan/ ex-pharma best practices etc.
Work closely with the cross functional members (especially Medical, R&D) and support groups and align with their plans and tactics
Ensure managing compliance and pursue zero compliance risks from the company-wide perspectives
Must demonstrate ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate under the agile way of working
Demonstrate initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments
Strong project and process management skills along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
Eager to learn new things by her/himself as well as by team
Over 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing management in Oncology
Experience on GU cancers preferably
Launch experience preferably
